OOTD 201 :: ALL BLACK EVERYTHING

Hi! Monochromatic is one of the biggest trends every and today I am doing an all black look. Mostly because it's chic but also because black attracts heat and it's freezing out. Remember what I said before about looking warm and being chic. Today I am layering with a leather peplum top. This shirt is nice and warm and needs very little over it. I usually accessorize with a statement necklace and jewels.

OOTD 200 :: TORY BURCH WARMTH

Hi! The trick to looking fabulous in the winter is wearing pieces that are uber warm. You don't want to add a whole bunch of layers for a few reasons.

1. You'll look like a stay puff marshmallow.

2. You will probably eat more since you can't tell when your stomach is getting out of control!

3. You'll look bigger than you are!

That said, here is a crazy warm tunic from Tory Burch that I got at a Tory Burch outlet years ago. I literally don't need anything over or under it except my coat. Since it's still cold out, I styled it with some winter accessories so you can see the complete look, minus my coat.

Hi! Nude shoes are big and probably are here to stay. Christian Louboutin has embraced the world by introducing something that few designers have caught on to- we are not all the same 'nude'. His 5 shades are a wide spectrum to complement each woman's shade. I picked up a pair in Paris last fall when they debuted and I love them.

The much anticipated full nude line comes to the US early this year.

Hi! I have officially come to terms with the fact that we are going to be plummeted for the rest of this winter! The snow storms keep coming. All of this chatting about tracking storms made me think of track pants. Why can't we wear them anytime of year?
