OOTD 111 'STROKE OF SHEER GENIUS'

Hi! Today brings another sticky, hot, and then rainy day. To pull this off wear a sheer shirt. The title is inspired from the tube top with artistic brushstrokes. Also, today' s flat alternatives are my weekly favorite. Read the previous post to see why.
