OOTD 130 'SUMMER DRESSING'

Hi! It's going to feel like 110 degrees today but fear not, you don't have to be naked to look and feel cool. Opt for a dress. As per usual, I do have a few rules about dresses:

They should be lined: no exposed undergarments!

They should have shoes that accommodate the length. Super long = heels, floor length = Jesus sandals or flats. 

To stay cool, I opted for this striped Target number. It has a spilt and the lining stops so that it breathes. *Fashion tip: if you go to buy this dress, make sure the stripes are straight and sewn in a flattering way, try it on!
